Courtney Scott is a sports marketing and partnership leader with over 30 years of experience spanning sports administration, promotions, and major event programming across the southeastern United States. He is the founder and CEO of Kontent Incubator, a search firm focused on connecting professional and amateur athletes through strategic partnerships, promotional campaigns, and business mentorship.

Courtney’s career includes work with the Orange Bowl Committee, the American Basketball League, the Florida Sports Foundation, and SOS Sports. He also serves as Co-Executive Director of the College Basketball Players Association, helping advance athlete opportunities through advocacy and collaboration.
